1. About FinanceAligned™ (Mortgage)

FinanceAligned™ (Mortgage) is a structured social media system application designed specifically for NZ mortgage professionals.

The system includes:

• Content calendars and prompts
• Copy generation tools
• In-app visual creation (PNG export)
• BrandStock™ image and video library
• Training and guidance

We may update or improve the system at any time.

2. Your Licence

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use FinanceAligned™ (Mortgage) for:

One mortgage professional or one distinct business brand.

You are not purchasing ownership of:

• Templates
• BrandStock™ visuals
• AI logic or prompts
• System architecture
• Workflows or internal structure

You are purchasing the right to use the system for your own marketing while your subscription remains active.

A separate licence is required per adviser or distinct brand identity.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• Generate marketing content for your own business
• Publish finished content on social media (organic or paid)
• Edit templates for your brand
• Use and modify BrandStock™ visuals for your own digital marketing
• Share exported final content with staff or contractors acting on your behalf

If it is for your own business online marketing, it is generally permitted.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the system
• Share template access links outside your business
• Share or distribute BrandStock™ original files
• Publish or sell the prompt library as a product
• Use BrandStock™ visuals in printed materials (brochures, flyers, magazines, billboards) without written permission
• Use any part of the system to train AI models
• Reverse-engineer or extract system prompts
• Attempt to bypass platform restrictions
• Create derivative content systems for resale
• Copy, white-label, or use this system to create competing products or services

You may not copy, replicate, white-label, adapt, or use any part of the system (including prompts, structure, workflows, or outputs) to create or offer a competing product or service, whether for commercial or internal use.

One subscription = one adviser / one brand.

5. BrandStock™ Visual Licence

All BrandStock™ visuals remain the copyright of AI-Gen.Studio Ltd.

You receive a digital-use licence for your own business marketing (including social media and digital channels) while your subscription is active.

BrandStock™ visuals may not be:

• Resold
• Shared as stock
• Included in products for resale
• Used in physical print materials without extended written permission

6. AI Content Assistant

FinanceAligned™ includes AI-generated content functionality.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or omissions.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or regulatory suitability.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and approving all content before publication.

FinanceAligned™ does not provide:

• Financial advice
• Legal advice
• Compliance advice
• Regulatory guidance

All outputs are general marketing content only.

7. Compliance & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any published content:

• Meets your licensing obligations
• Complies with applicable financial regulations
• Is approved by your aggregator, compliance team, or regulator if required

You agree that AI-Gen.Studio Ltd is not responsible for any regulatory breaches arising from your use of the system.

8. Subscription & Access

Access is tied to your active subscription.

Access to in-app visual creation and BrandStock™ is only available during an active subscription.

If your subscription ends:

• You lose access to the system and BrandStock™ library
• You may continue using content already published during your active licence

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The system is provided "as is".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-Gen.Studio Ltd is not liable for:

• Indirect loss
• Consequential loss
• Regulatory penalties
• Business interruption
• Loss of income

arising from your use of the system.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI-Gen.Studio Ltd against any claims, liabilities, damages, penalties, or legal costs arising from:

• Your use of the system
• Content you publish
• Any regulatory breach
• Misuse of the platform

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

We do not claim ownership of generated content.

We use information to:

• Provide access
• Manage subscriptions
• Improve services
• Provide support

We do not sell personal data.

5. Data Storage

Data may be processed in secure data centres in New Zealand or overseas.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.

7. Your Rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you may request:
